The Ballinamallard squad has been further strengthened ahead of our match tomorrow with Larne, with the news that Ryan O'Reilly has signed on the dotted line for another season with Ballinamallard United FC. Having been in New York over the summer, McConkey only recently got down to negotiations with the central defender and both player and manager are happy to have struck a deal.
"To have a player of Ryan's quality in our squad is another boost for us" commented McConkey upon his signature. "He has been away for a period of time and will take time to get up to speed, but I'm looking forward to his return and the increased competition for places can only be good for the squad".
Having joined the Club in the January transfer window on a short term deal, O'Reilly endured mixed fortunes in his eleven matches. In between some fantastic performances he also seen two red cards, but Ryan is excited for the new season ahead and the challenges he will face.
"I am pleased to have got things sorted again and to sign back with Ballinamallard. I' can't wait to get back into training again and help the Club get back to where it belongs".
