Friars joins first team coaching squad
EMMET FRIARS JOINS HARRY’S FIRST TEAM COACHING SQUAD
Following the mid season departure of Mallards coach Steve Feeney to manage the Sligo Ladies team, manager Harry McConkey has moved to appoint Friars, who is a former Notts County player. Friars has a wealth of experience that has also brought him to a number of Irish League clubs including Portadown, Ballymena United and Crusaders he has progressed into the coaching fraternity, with Institute and last season managed the Mallards Reserves, who finished second in the Championship/PIL Development League.
