Our best ever player
As part of the Northern Ireland Football Leagues celebration of 125 years of League Football, the club have had an internal vote to decide Ballinamallard's best ever player.
Having signed for the club in 2008, when he was 31 years old, Andy Crawford finished as our top goalscorer for 4 consecutive seasons, registering 79 goals in league and cup competition, and culminating in the club winning Championship 1 in 2011/12 and promotion to the Premiership.
During this period he scored a famous hat-trick in February 2011 to secure the club's first ever appearance in an Irish Cup quarter final. He also won the Fermanagh & Western Intermediate Cup in season 2010/11.
Fittingly Andy scored the club's first ever Premiership goal on the opening day of the season in August 2012. He scored a total of 89 goals in 6 seasons before retiring from Irish League football at the end of season 2013/14.
