Coerver coaching visits the club

On Friday evening the academy welcomed Austin Speight of Coerver Coaching Ulster to the Club and he delivered an excellent introduction to Coerver Coaching to 16 of our youth coaches at Fisher Park.

The course provided an insight in to how to improve player technique, mental speed, ball mastery and skills in small spaces and under pressure in a fun and inclusive environment. Six of our U-14 players also attended to help demonstrate the drills and in the spirit of an enjoyable demonstration were joined by some of our Coaches.

Thank you to our Coaches for their enthusiasm on a cold Friday night and for their continued commitment to ensuring that the young players at our Club have the best opportunity to fulfil their potential.

Well done also to Aaron, Darragh, Henry, Jamal, Jamie and Justin who were excellent in the drills.
