Belleek manager of the month

Our warmest congratulations go to Whitey Anderson who has won the Belleek manager of the month for October, as awarded by the NI Football Writers Association.

October was a fantastic month for Whitey, his backroom staff and the team and they will be hoping to continue their good form in November with some crucial league games and a league cup quarter final.

Anderson commented on receiving the award "The players have been fantastic! We're now in eighth place and looking up the table rather than down. We scored 10 goals and only conceeded two in the month"

"We are the most travelled team in the league and we go to Ards in the next round of the league cup in mid November, but we'll never use that as an excuse for a defeat. Everyone is enjoying it at the moment".
