October player of the month

After a successful October, the club has decided to introduce a new 'player of the month' award in addition to our ongoing 'man of the match' awards.

The voting committee has been assembled with representation across supporters, committee, media, and coaching staff, amongst others, and October's voting was predictably tight.

With only 2 goals conceded and 4 clean sheets, the back five were well represented in the votes, whilst the creativity and strength of the midfield was also recognised. In the end however, Adam Lecky has been declared as player of the month for October.

Adam has featured in every game during the month and has seen significant game time since his summer move from Dergview. The lanky midfielder has generally caught the eye with his confident performances in his debut season in the Premier league, and was unlucky not to open his goal scoring account against Portadown.

Congratulations Adam!
