Mallards 4-2 Welders

The Mallards returned to winning ways after last Saturday's blip away to Ballyclare, with a fifth league win in the last six games.

Having conceeded on the brink of half time, the home side responded after the break with an equaliser from Sean McEvoy before Ryan O'Reilly headed his side infront.

Jason McCartney made it 3-1 with an inswinging free kick before the Welders pulled a goal back with a free header.

Captain Richard Clarke made sure of the points however when he slotted in a penalty after Callum Moorehead had been fouled.

Another pleasing win and performance from the Blues.
