100 not out
Defender Colm McLaughlin made his 100th Ballinamallard appearance on Friday evening, and it was one that he won't forget in a hurry!
The 24 year old joined Ballinamallard on loan from Sligo Rovers in January 2013 but he only made 1 first team appearance before joining Institute in the summer.
Whitey Anderson re-signed him ahead of the 2014/15 season and his 30 appearances deservedly seen him pick up the Managers Player of the Year award.
Colm continued his fine form before unfortunately picking up a serious injury away to Coleraine in January 2016 which seen him go under the surgeon's knife, and he spent a full year on the road to recovery. Since then he has gone on to wear the Captain's armband and has 3 goals to his name.
Always the model professional, we look forward to seeing the left footer in a Ballinamallard shirt for many more games to come!
Well done Colm!
