Glenavon 6-2 Ballinamallard

Matchday two ended in misery for the Mallards with this hefty defeat at Mourneview Park.

Ryan Curran did give us the lead from the penalty spot but Rhys Marshall equalised immediately and the teams were level at half time.

After the break, the away side capitulated with Glenavon running in 4 goals in 14 minutes. Curran did pull another back before Mitchell added a sixth in added time.

Matchday three pits us at home to Cliftonville this Saturday where we will hope for a better outcome.
