Ballinamallard 1-2 Glentoran

It was a deserved victory for the East Belfast side, but the winning goal wasn't without controversy, with the Mallard players and management adamant that the winner was punched into the net.

Ryan Curran gave us the lead from the penalty spot after McIlwaine was fouled but Curtis Allen clipped in an equaliser before the break.

The Mallards created very little in the second period with the winner coming in the final few minutes.

We also send our best wishes to James McKenna who suffered yet another collar bone break - the second in six months.
