Chairman's Christmas message

This is a short message to wish all our supporters and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Your support throughout 2016 has been superb and I know it has been much appreciated by our Manager(s) and players. On behalf of the Officers, and Committee members, can I say a massive thank you for your support ,not just at games but also in support of our fund-raising activities throughout the year. Your generosity is much appreciated.

For some of our supporters 2016 brought personal loss and so on behalf of all at our club we want to let those in this positon know we are thinking of you at this time.

2016 has been busy for me with club responsibilities but it has also been a time of great enjoyment, camaraderie and fun along the way. I`ve had such excellent support from right across the club, this has helped make 2016 so enjoyable for me. As we near the end of the year I was reflecting over 2016 and quickly realised the support I`ve received has been second to none. To all those who helped when asked, and volunteered without being approached, I thank you most sincerely.

We are entering an important stage of the season with a number of games against other teams in the bottom half of the league coming up. This is where your support is needed even more so I ask you to encourage your family, friends and work colleagues to come out and support the Mallards over the festive period and throughout 2017.

It would be great to see a large contingent from Ballinamallard at Dungannon for our Boxing Day fixture and then again at Ferney Park for our 6 pointer against Portadown on the 30th December.
