Jake Dykes rejoins the Mallards

Defender Jake Dykes will rejoin Ballinamallard for the remainder of the 2015/16 Danske Bank Premier League campaign.

With Colm McLaughlin picking up a ligament injury which could see the defender miss at least 6 weeks, Whitey has moved to stregthen his backline for the remaining 15 games.

Dykes was previously on loan at Ballinamallard at the start of the 2014/15 season, and made 16 appearances before returning to Sligo Rovers. His last game for the Mallards was at centre half in a 1-1 home draw with this weekend's opponents Cliftonville.

The 20 year old made has made a total of 36 appearances for the bit o red before being released at the end of the season. Welcome back Jake!
