Carrick 3-3 Ballinamallard

Despite taking the lead through striker Adam Lecky, Carrick equalised before half time through Gareth McKeown. Miguel Chines gave Carrick the lead 45 seconds into the second half before TJ Murray put the hosts 3-1 ahead.

Mid way through the second half it looked like the Mallards would be taking nothing from the game but they kept plugging away and Ryan Mayse volleyed in McCartney's knockdown with only minutes to go. The drama wasn't finished yet though, as Mayse had the ball in the net again only for the offside flag to go up. In added time, Lecky rose highest to head in McCartney's corner to complete the comeback!

However before anybody could draw breath, the Mallards were awarded a last minute penalty after Neeson elbowed Mayse, which also seen the goalkeeper shown a straight red card. Nobody appeared to want to take the penalty, but McGinty stepped up and his shot low to the left was saved by replacement keeper McKeown.

Plenty of last minute drama in Carrick for the second game in a row.

Elsewhere, the U20's recorded their first points of the season with a 3-1 home win over the same opponents. Jordan Cadden scored a brace, with Kuba Klobusek adding the other.
