Promotion/relegation playoff statement

The IFA granted the NIFL an extension of Season 2015/16 due to the uncertainty of the various Appeals/Arbitration processes.

The IFA did however stipulate that only the players eligible to participate in the 1st leg of the play off would be eligible to play in the 2nd leg.

Arbitration

The NIFL have now received communication from the Irish FA regarding the timeline for the Arbitration hearing. It has been confirmed that the Arbitration hearing will take place on Thursday, 9 June 2016 with an agreement that Sports Resolutions UK will endeavour to communicate a decision on Thursday evening.

To this end the Play-Off(s) will be provisionally scheduled as follows, subject to the outcome of Arbitration:
