Whitey rallies the troops

Whitey Anderson has rallied the troops ahead of a critical set of games for the Fermanagh side.

Speaking prior to this afternoon's match against Glenavon, the manager underlined how he wants everybody around the club to come together and see us throught to Premier League survival.

"It's been a tough season in many respects but at the end of April we want to see this great club remain in the Danske Bank Premier League".

"In October, when I received the manager of the month award, I referred to use being the small club with a big heart, which was endorsed by our Sligo contingent who speak of a unique club, but it takes us all to make it what it is".

"Myself and the players have always been greatful for the support received, especially away from home, and the financial cost of that is not forgotten as we travel far and wide".

"I would now ask all to rally together for the remaining 8 games to ensure that we retain our Premier League status. Can we bring an extra person to the game? Can we make a wee bit of extra noise? Can we all sit together and spur the players on? Yes of course you can!"

"It's been a great journey to date, with so many people working so hard to bring Premier League football to Fermanagh. Let's have no regrets in these final 8 games".
