Emmet Friars signs on loan

Ballinamallard can tonight confirm the signing of 29 year old Emmet Friars, who featured in this evenings 5-0 friendly victory over Dergview. The centre back joins on loan from reigning Champions Crusaders until the end of January and is will known in the Irish League having previously played for Newry City, Dungannon Swifts and Portadown. Friars also lists Derry City and Notts County amongst his previous clubs and will bring a wealth of experience to the squad ahead of the 2015/16 Danske Bank Premier League season.
